VidiVet is an exciting new service providing access to advice from a qualified Veterinary Surgeon, whenever you need it; think of it as NHS 111 for your pets. So if you’re ever concerned about your pet’s health or are unsure if they need emergency treatment, you can send your question to a vet via the VidiVet app, and get a personalised video response direct to your phone. What is Vidivet?
Think of it as NHS 111 for your pets – advice and reassurance about any health concerns or questions you have outside of our opening hours, provided by a UK registered Veterinary Surgeon, and sent in a personalised video message directly to your phone within minutes. You can send text, photos and video messages, enabling the vet who is helping you to fully understand what’s going on with your pet at the time.
